Operational Management – our core service is the ongoing management of hotel assets - our services include all aspects of the operation of the hotel – Human Resources, Marketing, Operational Processes and Procedures and Financial Control – we work closely with our owners to ensure that they understand the operational challenges of a hotel and to ensure they are fully aware of performance in the case of a management contract.

Concept Development Phase – we are pleased to be able to work with developers and owners prior to decisions on the development of a hotel; with our direct operational experience we feel that owners gain more practical and hands on experience.

Technical Support – The opening of any hotel requires careful coordination between all technical experts and the operational knowledge of the management company. Accent Hotel Management are committed to being involved in the design and construction phases of any project.

Pre-Opening Services - The months leading up to the opening of a hotel are critical time in ensuring long term success – Accent Hotel Management will work with owners of hotels to ensure that the appropriate steps are taken to create a hotel product ready for operation from the opening day. These tasks will include:

recruitment and training;
marketing planning and execution of presales strategies;
financial planning and initial purchasing activities.
